a) Meets revenue targets for the centre that he/she is attached to by

a. Providing complete information to clients based on their needs and aspirations.

b. Encouraging telephonic leads and leads from other sources to walk into the centre for counselling.

c. Following the SOP for the sales process.

d. By cross-selling relevant products.

b) Establishes relationships with clients to provide high quality customer service by

a. Ensuring accurate and timely communication of class dates and timings

b. Ensuring timeliness in sending out OSC requests, giving study kits, generating receipts etc.

c. Managing first level complaints from clients and escalating to appropriate operations staff.

c) Generates accurate MIS reports by

a. Capturing information in a timely and accurate fashion.

b. Managing cash transactions and centre-level inventory accurately.

d) Ensures the upkeep and maintenance of the centre.

Desired Candidate Profile

Technical Skills:

a. Knowledge of test preparation and ACS products.

b. Knowledge of options for studies in different geographies.
