Print and settle bills using appropriate methods of settlement
Run a tab for Patrons/ Guests by keeping safely Credit Cards/ Patron Cards
Collect cash from Guests/ Servers/ Bartenders and tender change
Maintain Float and Petty Cash, as per guidelines specified Assist the Bar/ Service Team by punching orders into the system, during rush hours
Reporting and Inventory
Perform Cashiers daily Opening and Closing Duties
Preparing and sending Daily Cashiers Reports
Custodian of the Sealed Bottle Inventory
Any other duties added to the Job Responsibilities by the Management from time to time
Job Specification:
Preferably an B.Com graduate.
Hospitality experience will be an advantage.
Hands on experience of using a software.
Maintaining cash tally excel sheet.
