Asstt. Manager - Qa/qc, 5 - 8 years exp, Baddi



1. To lead and monitor IPQA and SQC activities in the factory.


2. Coordinate with all departments for implementation of GMP.


3. To discuss day to day quality problems with operation people.


4. To plan, prepare and conduct internal audits, prepare reports and circulate to the concerned departments for actions.


5. Handling complaints and investigating the causes, documenting and implementing corrective and preventive actions.


6. Work closely with the Senior Manager for continual improvement.


7. Ensuring the safety of men, machine and materials by doing regular audits of plant.


8. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS.


9. Preparing desired documentation and implementing Quality Assurance systems required to meet factorys needs pertaining to our own as well as customers requirements.


10. To train people in the factory for cGMP requirements of the plant.


11. To review and improvise documents as per the need of customers from time to time


12. Releasing the material through SAP system and ensure the status on finish goods as per status subject to chemical analysis in the laboratory.
