Gehlot condemned the allegation made by Prasad. He said that when he was CM, his office had not provided any kind of help in any way to Vadra. Also, Vadra did not request any kind of help from the CM office.
Gehlot said that the matter came into media when a report was sought from district administration in the matter. The administration had made it clear that the land owned by various companies of Vadra did not come in sealing and there was nothing illegal found.
Gehlot said that in Jaisalmer-Barmer and Bikaner, there are lakhs of bigha of land available which are purchased for wind and solar power projects. In that connection, nobody complained about it.
Gehlot demanded that an investigation should be conducted by a judge of high court in cases related to purchase of land in Delhi and Lucknow and at other places by Dushyant Singh, son of CM Vasundhara Raje.
