Women rev up bikes in Agra rally

AGRA: Hundreds of women bikers took to the Agra city streets on their motorbikes to celebrate the International Women's Day. The rally, organized by the Agra book club in association with various bikers' organization, started out from St. Peter's College and cut across major landmarks of the city, including the Agra Fort and Mall Road.

The enthusiasm was palpable even before the rally was flagged off, with the participants keen to underline the mood prevalent in the rally. "I want to dispel the myth that only men take to biking. I can ride a bike as a man can do," said Kritika, a rider.
