To safeguard the interest of the company from legal consequences.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drafting and vetting of leave & license agreements, Business agreements / Contracts, NDA, POA, MOU etc.
Keeping proper records of all the cases not limited to the tracking of court cases and agreements, legal compliance checklist etc.
Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers.
Attending courts, forums, police stations and offices of relevant departments,
Handling complaints of consumers / vendors / licensors etc, and replying to their notices.
Handling recovery cases and sending notices.
