Team Lead - Training Excellence - Mumbai, 5 - 9 years exp, Mumbai

To plan, develop and deploy organizational Systems and Processes in TPSDI in consonance with TPC Systems and work closely for IT enablement

To develop Business Plan for short term (18 moths) and long term (3-5 years) for TPSDI basis inputs from other functions.

Work out execution plans and targets and monitor progress thru review mechanism and MIS

To identify Skill needs in TPC basis TNA and Classify them into different levels as per qualification frame work and standards and develop syllabus and units and take sign off with Tech Committee.

To develop Testing and Certification modules for each course at each certification level and taking sign off Tech Committee.

Identify assignments, projects, exercises, games etc for unit and terminal tests for awarding certificates

Administer and monitor the entire Certification and Accreditation process centrally

Ensure quality of products & services rendered by content and principals thru training feedback, training impact studies, employers feedback and training evaluation studies and improve the standards

Benchmark best in class skill standards, courses domestic and international and forge alliance & partnership

Identify & shortlist and accredit franchise for empanelment for various purposes like empanelment of experts, testing etc.

To work closely with content team and principals and faculty for the above.
