Senior BPM Developer, 4 - 9 years exp, Pune

Technical Skills:

Role - Sr. BPM Developer

1. Overall 5+ yrs of IT delivery experience using IBM technologies like IBM BPM (Business Process Manager), WPS (WebSphere Process Server), WID (WebSphere Integration Developer), Lombardi 7 or earlier.

2. Hands-on development experience and able to handle complete module independently.

3. Should be able to translate overall solution architecture into low level design and implement independently.

4. Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solution development and design.

5. At least 2-3 projects as Sr. Developer on BPM/WPS/WID 6.x-7.x.

Tool & Technologies:

1. IBM BPM 7.5/8.0 - minimum 1.5 yrs

2. WebSphere Process Server (WPS), WebSphere Integration Developer (WID), WebSphere ESB 6.x - 7.x => minimum of 4 yrs of experience.

3. WebSphere Application Developer/Eclipse

4. About 4 yrs of experience on Code Java/J2EE, XML, Web Services.

5. Very good understanding of RDBMS system.

6. Should have experience on SCRUM/Extreme programming.

7. Good knowledge of test automation and version control tools

8. Desirable:

a. Linux UNIX understanding,

b. Stored procedure and DB2 development.

Soft Skills:

1. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

2. Should be able to do software development independently and self-motivated.

3. Should have sense of ownership for any deliveries and commitment to meet the tough timelines
