Job DescriptionPlan, Conduct, Coordinate and Implement comprehensive training programs for the Sales and Distribution RMs and Channel Partners.

To impart training for AMFI, Basic of MF & Product related subjects on regular basis for Sales and Distribution RMs and Channel Partners.


To manage training and development at the corporate level, understanding of various methodologies for imparting training, return on Investment (ROI) for training, budget for training, developing a method for evaluating programs / Feedback


To frame Training schedule for all the programmes and certifications to be carried out for the financial year
