Management of prefab fabrication plant

Should have experience in SETTING UP the prefabrication unit. Knowledge of Machinaries and its operations in details

Work planning and preparation of complete program schedule according to the project duration.

Should have sound knowledge of Prefab fabrication machines, usage and manpower.

Also should have worked in LOW COSTING HOUSING, Bota cabins

Co-ordination with site team, client, consultants and architectures.

Quantity calculation according to the technical specification and methodology.

Onsite Review.

Managing client representatives, architect representative, subcontractors.

Can Read and make drawings.

Daily progress reports for the engineering section and follow up the daily program schedule.

Managing all necessary arrangements as required to site.

Preparing BOQ.

Cross-checking fabrication job.

On-site fabrication.

Vendor Management

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills:

- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of fabrication

- Knowledge of AUTO CAD and other drawing softwares

Education:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
