Manager - Bench Sales, 5 - 7 years exp, Hyderabad / Secunderabad

We are looking for very dynamic Manager for the Bench Sales with 7-8 Years of experience in US staffing industry who could

immediately join and take over the team at our offshore center in Hyderabad.


Responsibilties:


Responsible for the Team performance.


Should be be able to manage, evaluate hire and fire the team as and when needed.


Should be able to help the team in terms of training.


Will be marketing companys bench consultants in US Staffing Business.


Should be able to establish the client contacts on regular basis


Should know various techniques in identifying the potential requirements on portals, Networking sites that would suite


the bench consultants.


Should interact with the clients and submit the profiles and maintain proper MIS of the same.


Effectively negotiate the bill rates and pay rates and help the team in this process.


Should be able to handle the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing the bench to Placing the same.


Excellent Communication and willing to work night shifts.


Requirements:


Thorough knowledge and understanding of the US Staffing Business, Sales and recruitment process


Prior experience managing a team


Proven ability to work in a high pressure environment.


Should have self motivation and strong desire to achieve the set organisational goals


Have strong work ethics and should be able to have positive influence on the team


should be a self starter and should have strong desire to learn and share the knowledge with the team.
