Eligibility Criteria:
B.E/ B.Tech /Degree / Diploma with strong domain knowledge in Networking concepts
Prior Exp from International Technical support (Voice) is mandatory
Should have fair understanding about Networking concepts, OS & Browsers
Must have outstanding written and verbal English
communication skills
Shifts : Willing to work in shifts
Exp: 1 - 3 years
Salary : Negotiable

Working on Cisco application tool and providing technical support
