Monitors competitors activities and assists in marketing intelligence
Sells to new, existing and prospective customers
Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market
Sell all facets of the hotel
Person should be able to make and implement the marketing plan of the hotel, should be able to make budgets of the hotel and based on budgets can be able to make pricing strategies of the hotel can work out for promotion strategies of the company.
