Conceptualize, Create and Institute a state of the art Travel Back office process solution.Maintain four sigma and above service levels for the client at all times
Be responsible for end to end travelling back office for the client from receiving enquires to ticketing / booking to billing leading to bill submissions
Responsible for meeting and surpassing the contractual SLA commitments to the clients
Be responsible for the top-line and bottom line growth of the travel business
Actively engage with the Client business leaders and be responsible for all the buisness review meets, action planning and implementation
Participate actively in business development activities related to the travel business including making client pitches, business conversions and subsequently transitions leading to the deliveries
Be responsible for high employee engagement within the tarvel business team members
Special note
The role is to be accountable for a 24 X 7 travel back-office operation
The Leader is expected to operate in General Shift (10 AM to 7 PM) however the timing could vary depending upon the work load , deliver expectations and supervision requirement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong interpersonal and team management skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Any Graduation, MBA desirable
Strong process management skills with good exposure to six sigma practices
Business Process reengineering exposure is desirable
IATA certification
Minimum 7 years of experience in handling travel counters, dealing with corporate bookings, exposure to both domestic and international travel bookings and at least 3 year experience in managerial or equivalent role.
MS Office skills (specifically XL and Powerpoint) are mandatory.
