1. Take strategic brief from HO & conceptualise marketing plan of the mall after detailed understanding of the segmentation and positioning of the mall
2. Prime KRAs would be getting quality footfalls into the malls, increasing conversions to achieve the targeted sales through a effective planning & execution of marketing programs across ATL & BTL, events & promotions
3. Make Marketing budget for the year within framework of cost benefit analysis
4. Conduct market research on mall visitor behaviour & tenant performance
5. Post due diligence, appoint & manage all the agencies like adverstising, PR, social media marketing, events etc.
6. Responsible for effective execution of the proposed plans
7. Manage the marketing budgets required to run effective promotions & concepts and engineer savings by acquiring internal & external funding mechanisms
8. Creating brand & tactical campaigns of the mall through ad agencies on continual basis as per requirement
9. Work closely with event agencies to formulate effective promotion plans & sustenance programmes
10. Create & manage the space on hire inventory in the most cost effective manner
11. Achieve revenue targets for each mall through space selling, events & promotions, sponsorships & alliances. For this he should be able to guide strategically the income & alliance manager to perform on income parameters.
12. Prepare comprehensive mktg MIS with demographics, footfall analysis, occupancy cost anaylsis & category performance for monthly reporting purpose.
13. Feedback mechanism development on mall performance, guest feedback & assisting the operations in day to day asset enhancement plans
14. Work closely with tenants on their various launch initiatives
15. Developing joint & cross marketing plans with tenants & outside brands for effective marketing events & promotions at each unit.
16. Building loyalty programs to retain consumers
