-To handle Spanish Inbound Calls.


-Advanced in Written and Bilingual in Spanish & English Language.


-Candidate should have good writing skills in Spanish and English Language.


-Analytical thinking to evaluate and assimilate data from different sources.


-Initiative and flexibility to manage multiple scenarios simultaneously.


-Attention to Detail, Information ordering, Multi Tasking, Focus on accuracy, Customer Service Orientation.


-Excellent predisposition to teamwork.






Desired Profile-

-Atleast 1 year of experience in Spanish Language.


-Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.


-Ability to meet deadlines and achieve given targets.


-Basic computer knowledge.


-Should be comfortable with US shifts.


-Experienced in same Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
