Commis III Job Responsibility
1. Prepares cooks and bakes food in designated areas of the kitchen as per the standards for the guests and associates by following instructions.
2. Works in a hygienic, safe, efficient and productive manner at all times.
3. Familiarizes himself with menu and ingredient knowledge.
4. Cooks, prepares and bakes food for guests and associates as per the standard recipes.
5. Follows the outlined standard and procedures precisely.
6. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming and presentation.
7. Ensures correct and safe use of all equipment, machinery and tools.
8. Always maintains high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen, storage, fridges and freezers.
9. Make sure that all food items stored correctly.
10. Ensures that all the kitchen equipment is in good working order and reports any faults or damage to supervisor.
11. Attends all scheduled training at his, her level, maintains a safe and secure working environment.
