Key duties/responsibilities of Assistant Sales manager:
1. Develops strategies to meet monthly & annual sales target.
2. Tracks daily sales and advance deposits.
3. Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales.
4. To Manage trade shows and conventions to promote company and build sales.
5. Supervises all Get Together & events to include scheduling date and time for events, menus, pricing, staffing, signing and the deposit.
6. Coordinate the planning and execution of all meetings, banquets and catering events.
7. Responsible for bookings, confirmations, billings, generating proposals and contracts.
8. Maintains and communicates event information calendar.
9. Interfaces with other departments to ensure proper set up for successful coordination of events.
10. Communicates with customers before, during and after event.
11. Holds a database of contacts for repeat and future bookings.
12. Solicits new and existing clients in order to meet budgetary sales expectations.
13. Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills and acts as a positive role model.
14. Assists in drafting the sales budgets annually.
15. Arranges special public relations events on and off premises.
16. Strong Network in Corporate Sales and Large Function like corporate annual days like 3000 pax .
17. Responsible for Team Performance and for their targets.
18. Strong coordination between F&B, Ops and Sales.
