Capture and update customer information accurately
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience in voice process( Out bound sales will be preferable OR inbound voice process, inside sales, up sales) for social work and public awareness would be preferable
Good computer skills
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
Should be courteous, professional and polite
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate - Any Specialization / Post Graduation graduates- Any Specialization.
Telesales/Telemarketing with minimum 1 year experience from any of the reputed call center.
