Functional Competencies
Knowledge of customer focused activities within the terminal Operations
Ability to develop and implement internal SLAs on the delivery of integrated airport communication, customer service delivery and operational efficiencies
Ability to project budget for operational & capital requirements of terminal areas, including strategic and planning issues.
Liaise with business development dept and other stakeholders like airlines, passengers, business partners.
Advanced knowledge on Health and safety compliance, emergency planning and safety & compliance guidelines.
Advanced knowledge of Baggage-control systems, building automation systems, SCADA control etc.
In-depth knowledge of aero-bridge related data.
Knowledge of ACI ASQ and other global standards.
Knowledge of terminal operations, information desk operations and passenger service facilities.
Ability to develop and implement service level agreements (SLAs).
Ability to liaise with internal & external customers like airlines, handling agents, partners and control authorities.
Advanced knowledge of emergency and safety & compliance standards and their implementation.
Ability to define process improvement initiatives.

Educational Qualification & Experience:
Any Graduate or Post Graduate with 12 yrs to 14 from Airline Industry.
