A web Master is responsible for the design, layout , coding and performance of the website. He / she must be involved with the technical and graphical aspects of a website and also be involved with the maintenance and update of the site
write the programming code, either from scratch or by adapting existing website software and graphics packages to meet business requirements
test the website and identify any technical problems
upload the site onto a server and register it with different search engines
have skills in software programming and graphics
have creativity and imagination
be adaptable and able to pick up new techniques
have good interpersonal and communication skills
Sound exposure in setting up and maintaining Payment Gateways.
Should have experience building responsive websites.
Should be very creative to design aesthetic templates for websites.
Should have excellent web designing experience. Should have expertise in asp.NET and HTML.
Should have excellent verbal & written English communication skills.
Good understanding of visual design , Work with the design team to setup new skins.
Troubleshoot any issues with modules (i.e. purchased modules).
Identify and implement innovative SEO strategy
Should have experience in managing the operation of Web servers and content mgmt environments
Windows Server Administration and application software installation
Database administration skills (Primarily MySQL, with SQL Server & DB2 for data access/publishing)
Backup and recovery of operating system and data
Experience in ASP.NET, PG,SSL certification configuration,E- Commerce,CMS development
