SR Analyst / TEAM Leader - Market DATA Services (mds), 4 - 9 years exp, Hyderabad / Secunderabad

Role Title: Team Leader / Senior Analyst

Position Summary


This role is responsible for supporting Market Data Services (MDS) processes, namely Business administration (Coordinate with Vendors for Market data services, Client Advisory, Quarterly letters, Data notifications, Supplier Liaison, Stakeholder Training), Inventory Administration (Data Management, Price update, Permissioning, Invoice Reject resolution, Contract setup, Application & other Uploads, ), Declarations ( Stock Exchange reporting, Vendor reporting, Support Invoice Rejects), Expense Validation (Invoice Validation, Reject resolution, Inward & Outward Query resolution, Vendor & Business Liaison, Prepayment activity, Ad-hoc Projects), Stakeholder liaison and MIS & Reporting.


Key Result Areas


Client & People Management


Manage Process Metrics, SOPs, BCM, Quality Control & Trainings


Ensure deliverables meeting quality, consistency and accuracy standards per client SLA / KPI


Drive & adhere to identified trainings, attendance, productivity trackers, leave scheduling, timesheets etc.

Reduce rework areas for respective process


Understand MDS data structure and data elements of multiple data sources


Should be able to do data gathering, tabulation and basic manipulation of data


Manage information / data for MDS clients

Conduct trainings across teams / processes


Drive / support implementation of key organizational initiatives - e.g. training, employee engagement initiative etc

Qualification:


Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or Business/Management with 4-7 years of relevant experience

Strong knowledge of Finance & accounting and P2P knowledge S


Strong Knowledge of MDS services/product (Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, Factset, MSCI, S&P, Telekurs) S
