1. Participates in workforce planning exercise to obtain one global view of workforce requirements for the group.
2. Work in close coordination with regions for staffing requirements and keep track of potential and qualified opportunities.
3. Assisting with gathering bid team resources for solutions support.
4. Liaise with Global Business Enablement organization in support of bid activities, qualification, pulse point and deal repositories etc.
5. Manage all new business processes and work procedures for new business in accordance with CSC Standards and global new business function.
6. Manage the team knowledge management & collateral repository and deal databases.
7. Manage and Track the orientation program and induct new recruits within team to ensure the smooth transition of new employees in the organisation and role.
8. Liaise with recruitment team and WSC in support of the recruitment activities.
9. Act as single point of contact for any ETES related matters, including wbs code creation and management, compliance to etes, billing and bench activities.
10. Update and manage Emanage tool to reflect the current headcount and billing status of the team.
11. Coordinate with finance and onsite team on approval, extensions and renewals of IWO.
12. Develop tracks and report all metrics providing overall performance of the NBS.
13. Single point of contact for other Enablers group (Finance, HR, WSC, Recruitment,New Business Finance) as required.
