Opportunity with Accenture for Digital Media, 3 - 8 years exp, Hyderabad / Secunderabad

1. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DoubleClick for Advertisers (DFA), DoubleClick Search (DS) and Advertiser Exchange (AdX).

2. Provide guidance and consultative technical expertise to front line General Support and DFA, DS & AdX Technical Account Manager (TAMs) / Account Managers (AMs).


3. Provide product, troubleshooting & workflow guidance and training to Project Manager suggested new hired / newbies to DFA, DS & AdX support teams in Hyderabad


4. Provide two-way communication and collaboration on monthly product release cycles and customer-centric product development


5. Collaborate with US/EMEA/JAPAC teams


6. Serve as point of contact for projects led by our escalation management team to improve client experience (CSAT, FRT, TRT, & FCR performance more than the these SLA targets) and internal operational effectiveness (process streamlining, reducing support team dependency on Technical Account Manager (TAM) by reducing number consults, developing training & support documentation, quality assurance and productivity improvement)


7. Work on internal product initiatives like process automation, product improvement suggestion development etc. under clients direction

1. Working with clients using products [DFA/DBM]. Providing email support for products [DFA/DBM].


2. Troubleshoot requests from Account Managers, Publisher/Network Development team, related to Ad Campaigns and Networks trafficked.


3. Extensive knowledge of Trafficking & DFA application


4. Creating and optimizing the ad campaigns based on clients requirement and best performing creative using CTRs


5. Reviewing, trafficking and analyzing the quality of the campaigns. Sending out the tags to the appropriate publishers according to the requirement of the client.


6. Checking the creative and URLs in a systematic manner before implementing them in the ad server. Also, troubleshooting any minor issues in the creative code format


7. Proficient knowledge in Rich media and third party ad serving redirects.


8. Proficient knowledge on IAB standard advertising graphic (creative) sizes


9. Generating and checking tags like standard, Java script, I frame, internal redirect (DFP), click and impression trackers


10. Having exposure on reviewing, trafficking and analyzing the quality of the vast in -stream and mobile ads


Suggesting best practices to clients on providing media plans and creatives
