Manager Project Execution, 6 - 10 years exp, Mumbai, Mumbai Suburbs

The incumbent will be responsible for planning and coordination for retail outlet projects for new stores and renovations. Details of the role include:

1. Project scheduling and monitoring its progress

2. Prepare budget for capital expenditure and monitor it during the project cycle

3. Preparing annual plans for capex, bulk purchase items, manpower, material, etc.

4. Cost control and cost reduction.

5. Vendor management for furniture, electrical, sprinkler, air-conditioning, civil & interiors, etc.

6. Reporting to senior management on status of projects.

7. Coordination with properties, business, project design and project execution for planning, monitoring and execution of all projects.

Experience

Degree/Diploma in Civil/Architecture with Retail Experience of 6 to 8 years

Skill set & Specifications

Knowledge of Other design software

Knowledge of Legal Aspects of Designing
