Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
Diploma in Travel & Tourism (Preferred)
Years of Related Experience:
2 Years Travel Experience Emphasis on Ticketing (Preferred)
Experience in APAC Region (Preferred)
Competencies Required:
Good communication skills with good analytical skills, High energy level and open to work in shifts
Average to good communication skills (verbal with neutral accent/ written)
Good Analytical skills.
Good Critical Thinking skills
Effective Listening skills
Willingness to multi-task and work as a team member
Adequate knowledge in MS-Office / Email operations
Good Typing skills with minimum speed of 30WPM
Flexible to work in any given shift including Saturday & Sunday (5days a week)
Prior experience in the airline travel / ticketing domain or an international BPO domain will be an added advantage
Prior Ticketing experience
Prior Refunds, Exchange Processing, Ticket Stock Management, Unused Ticket Management, Application of Credit Notes, Fare Filing with Airlines and Ad hoc Reporting.
Experience in Travel industry or IATA /MTA.
Exposure to working with Sabre GDS
