Experience in Oracle Applications (version 11i) - Technical with 1 to 2 years of experience.
Knowledge in Oracle Applications R12 is preferable.
Experience in at least one support project.
Ready to work on Internal Company applications as system administrator and to do user provisioning.
Client handling/facing skills, good communication, customer servicing.
Technical Skills requirements( Oracle Apps- 11i SQL/PLSQL, Data loader, Financials Suite-GL,AP,AR,CM,FA, forms, reports)
Should be ready to work in night shifts.
Report to senior managers on any issue that could significantly impact the business
Oracle certification preferred.
1 to 2 years relevant work experience in a business environment.
Understanding of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and audit compliance
Exposure to ticketing tools such as BMC remedy, Service now
Must have a strong work ethic and the ability to demonstrate working in a team-player environment is required
Good problem solving skills, coordination between teams and telephone etiquette.
Experience working effectively in a team environment, communicating effectively, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing to the improvement of the Business and infrastructure.
