Quantity Surveyor Civil
Engineering graduate with at least 10 years experience in quantity surveying with pre contract and post contract experience and should be well versed with commercial terms and conditions. Must have excellent communication skills and must be proficient in MS office applications. Should be able to generate cost comparison and project progress accounting reports. Monthly payment application and certification follow up.
A quantity surveyor manages all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects. From initial calculations to the final figures. Surveyors seek to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality. Many of these are specified by statutory building regulations, which the surveyor needs to understand and adhere to.
A quantity surveyor may work for either the client or the contractor, working in an office or on-site. Preparing estimates and costs of the work. When the project is progress, quantity Surveyors keep track of any variations to the contract that may costs and create reports to show profitability.
Minimum of 7 Years experience is required.
Gulf experience is a Must
Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Civil
Age Limit: Maximum 48 Years
Experienced in High rise Building Projects
