Executive/ Sr. Executive - Client Servicing, 0 - 2 years exp, Delhi/NCR, Kolkata

-over-seeing day-to-day operations of the various projects / campaigns of the client


-Meeting up with the clients & taking brief from them.


-Ensuring Vendors sends images, in some exception cases of course team can support but not as a rule


-Follow Up with vendor to Provide Invoice Details against each Order with POD in excel Sheet


-In case of non-delivery, follow up with the vendor and sorting the delivery issues


-Ensure Vendor Prepares & Sort Letters basis Gold Redemptions, along with their Data Entry if required


-Coordination with helpdesk to share delivery confirmation of orders basis the details provided by the vendor
