Collection Analyst(b2b Process), 1 - 6 years exp, Bengaluru/Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

Receivables Management.


1.Regularly follow up for payment status.


2.Handling queries and resolving issues pertaining to invoices, orders, most importantly addressing and resolving complicated customer issues (internal and external).


3.Ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved while monitoring and improving payment performance for the customers.


4.Reduction of unidentified and unapplied cash through research and reconciliation.


5.Working in Excel, word and other Oracle applications.


6.Presenting data in an effective manner for various presentations and reviews.


7.Coordinating with internal departments (Cash application, Accounts receivable, Accounts Payable, Project accounting, Order management and Credit) to make sure issues, requests and queries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.


8.Maintained a very good relation with the sales team as well as the external customers.


Qualification:


Any graduate.


Desired Profile:


B2B or B2C collections exp.


Experience in voice based process/International Call Centre background.


Good communication skills.


Good thought process.


Ok to work in night shift.
