Job Description
1. Is responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on Client deliverables and billing.
2. Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
3. Responsible to increase the services offered with the cross-sell and up-sell on accounts handled.
4. Is responsible for producing weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports to each client and working towards the reasons for decline in client satisfaction index if any.
5. Is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact account management which will include regular telephone and email communication.
6. Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of Project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
7. Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and regular SQA reports are submitted to the Quality team.
8. Is responsible for mentoring and training trainees in the team and actively participate in trainings and team meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Either A level or degree level education.
Experience in a web based company for would be preferred.
The personality to relate to customers.
Be used to working to strict deadlines.
Understands and uses the Internet daily.
Understands Internet and Mobile Technologies.
Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Dealing with customers both on the telephone and face to face will be a major part of the job and past experience of account management is important.
Must have high initiative, leadership qualities, good Interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities.
