Blinken names ex-NSC official to be new State Dept spokesman

Matthew Miller, a former National Security Council communications official, has been appointed as the next spokesman for the State Department. Miller, who served as the chief spokesman for Eric Holder during the Obama administration, is a longtime fixture in Democratic political circles.
