ISIS owns up toon attack in Texas

The Sunni extremist group ISIS is taking credit for the failed terrorist attack on a Prophet drawing contest in Texas even as the two assailants who were killed in a shootout appear to have come together for a common cause in the US although they had different geographical and cultural background.
