US blames Dow flash-crash on British-Indian trader, seeks his extradition

A British-Indian stock trader has been arrested from his home in London on Tuesday after US prosecutors charged him with manipulating trades that caused the so-called ''flash crash'' in May 2010 when the Dow Jones index dropped by nearly 1000 points within minutes, jolting the stock market and briefly causing worldwide panic.
