Aurobindo divests Oz arm to Eris Pharma

Aurobindo Pharma has divested stake in its Australian subsidiary to Eris Pharma for an undisclosed amount to focus on the US, European and emerging markets. The unit was not contributing any profit to Aurobindo Pharma.
