5. Land Purchasing and Land Acquisition.
6. Compliance of MoEF Clearance & PCB and
7. License from Labour Deptt. And Health & Safety etc.
8. Power Purchase with Electrical Department.
9. To create and monitor a conducive liaison network across all related government departments, and assist in crisis management at times.
10. Handle the Registration /Insurance / Fitness/ Tax Paid of Vehicles.
11. Filing, recording and maintaining important and confidential documents.
