To motivate the team to meet resource generation targets of the region
Job Description / Responsibilities:
To carry out market and competition analysis of the western region
To plan strategy for developing Mumbai as a major centre for fundraising
To develop and execute Business Development Strategy for the achievements of the targets in accordance with opportunities in western region
To supervise, support & guide the subordinates in the western region CP team
To plan & execute nurturing and retention strategy of existing donors of western region
To update the HO on the work progress of western region CP team through various reporting formats
Administration Responsibilities-
To support and supervise overall Administration of the Mumbai Office and carry out other activities that will be assigned from time to time as per need of the organization
Preferably worked with a large NGO.
Proven track record of fundraising
Presentable with good verbal and oral skills
Preferably based out of Mumbai with knowledge of Mumbai market
Having 15-20 years of fundraising experience.
