Daily report of EBT to HO/RO
Cash sales/cod/ fod outstanding follow up
Debtors follow up, handling of dr/cr notes.
Follow up for TDS certificates, interbranch transactions.
Bank Reconciliation, other than vendor payments.
Treasury activities
Stock, fixed Assets accounting,
Cod customers review, reconciliation
Day to day banking of funds by loca, control over deposit, banking
Employee related payments,
Audi, revenue related reports, controls.
Tasks & Duties
Ensure that all internal customers have claimed their expense vouchers
Ensure accurate MIS reports are sent as per the deadlines
Carry out negotiations with the vendors for rate benefits for the company.
Ensure daily updating of the EBT module
Ensure timely renewal of agreements and 100% legal compliance
Ensure that the previous days cash/cheques are deposited the very next day
Ensure centralized customer bills are forwarded to HO on time
Ensure timely submission of debit/credit notes
Ensure all branch reconciliation is over by 10th of every month with nil exceptions
Ensure all treasury function for the location is managed duly.
