1.Draft plans and budgets for the program delivery at regional level and put up for approval to Head .

2.Ensure all projects meet program requirements in terms of quality, timeliness and compliance.

3.Support the Project Heads in maintaining contacts with key state government representatives and peer organizations.

4.Obtain and share information on best practices and success stories with Project Heads.

5.Resolve issues operational, disciplinary etc raised by the Project Head or further escalate to the Head .

6.Coordinate with Regional HR to meet regional requirements such as recruitment, compensation and performance management.

7.Coordinate with Regional Finance towards the periodic analysis of financial information to ensure compliance and expenditure.

8.Manage performance of direct reports, coordinate with Regional HR and provide inputs for growth and development to ensure capacity building.
