Job Description :
Any Bachelors or Masters degree with 2+ Years of experience in working in a technical support capacity, customer service, help desk or equivalent (focus on mobile messaging or similar technologies).Experience in mobile telecommunications e.g. ordering mobile devices and services, supporting mobility. They should be able to Work on adhoc requests from US team and deliver reports on time. Experience with using order fulfilment tools (specifically ATT Premier, VZW VEC, Sprint ordering portal, SAP etc.).Flexible to work in night shifts.
