Strong Experience in Active Directory Services.

Strong Experience in ADS, Group Policies, FSMO Roles, DNS Zones, Replications etc

MCSE Windows 2000

Additional Technology Certifications Cisco, Novell, Unix, Security etc (Preferred)

2+ years of experience in administering Microsoft Windows 2000 Server and Windows 2003 Servers.

Good English Communication Skills - Spoken and Written (including technical writing) in Level2 support

Voice based experience preferred

Strong Trouble Shooting and problem solving skills

Excellent customer Service skills and effective learning skills
