Preference will be given to candidates with educational qualification in addition to the core subject qualifications.
In consultation with the HOD, the candidate will be responsible for carrying out regular reviews of module content, organization and management of learning methods, teaching practices and providing peer support
The successful candidate should be able to teach a minimum of three modules in any of the following areas; Business Management, Economics, Organizational Behaviour, Quantitative Methods of Business, Project Management, Strategic Management or Entrepreneurship.
Ability to inspire and motivate students
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a good command of English
Good Organizational skills
Ability to coordinate and mentor projects and internship for students including liaison with local Institutions and Business industry
Maintain student records and execute various day to day administrative responsibilities involved with teaching
Continuously upgrade skills through self- study and work with peers
