Responsible to plan &implementation of Program and ensuring child & community engagement.
Provide operational & management of the Nanhi Kali Program for the assigned location.
Prepare and implement the annual plan, annual targets and budgets for the Nanhi kali program
Appoint and monitor the work of the Nanhi Kali Coordinators (NKC) and Nanhi Kali Tutors as per the requisite ratio.
Manage, monitor and achieve the project deliverables as per set timelines.
Identify training needs for NKCs and train them based on the requirement.
Donor servicing and management.
Ensure compliance to operation manual.
Build relations with Head masters/mistress, school Teachers and government Officials.
Provide academic support & reconciliation of NKDS database and NK field data.
Qualifications: Management in Social Sciences/MSW.
Experience: 4 -5 years of experience in the area of Project Management, Education or related field in operational / managerial role. Experience in corporate / development sector is an added advantage.
Attributes (experience/ exposure characteristics):
Should have experience in Pedagogy, Training the teachers or teaching Primary School Students.
Proficient in MS-Office (MS-Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
Ability to understand and work effectively with the local government bodies
Understand Naandis methodology, content design, training structure and processes around monitoring, tracking and internal assessments
Must be proficient in reading and speaking Telugu language.(Mandatory)
