Job Description:
1. Business coordinator & Single Point of Contact of Key accounts for national level operations & services related to Cash management ( ATM,DSB & CIT Operations)
2. Business organic growth in terms of revenue & maximize the number of clients.
3. Meeting clients for addressing grievances of Bank/ services provider to retain the business. Negotiations about commercials of various services related to ATM operations.
4. Allocation of business to pan India regions & roll out of new projects at regional level.
5. Checking billing MIS of each regions & sharing with the clients for billing confirmation. Timely processing & submission of Invoices.
6. Bill reconciliations for key accounts
7. Sharing billing status of each client with the top management for reviewing daily basis.
8. Coordinating with Finance for raising the invoices, new unit code creation, debit note & credit note etc.
9. Forecasting the collectable amount each month by providing overall collection of our (Cash Management Services- Operations) department & motivate the sub-ordinates to collect the set target.
10. Overseeing the effective collection of departmental debt (Outstanding).
11. Introduce and evolve effective reporting and assessment tools (like Daily Sales Outstanding, Quick figure about billing & collections) to minimize credit period availed by each clients.
12. Preparation of weekly collection updates from the clients.
13. Visit customers as needed to establish strong business relationships and limit credit risk.
