Position Summary
The role requires providing active support to Billing System Users and Billing Voice team. Co-ordination with various teams for quick resolution. Implementation of new products / processes. Ensure 100% accurate Billing within defined SLA. Responsible as Billing system pilot, identify the gaps and review the business process like Invoice Processing, Customer Management,
Billing enhancements.
Experience 2-4 Years
Technical Skills
Telecom \ IT industry in -Billing Support
Hands-on experience of SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, Advance Excel & MS-Access.
Ability to perform UAT and sanity testing
Functional & Behavioral Skills
Positive work attitude and ability to work effectively and multi-task in a highly dynamic environment
Keen business sense, high initiative/enthusiasm levels, proactive.
Good analytical skills and Problem solving ability
Knowledge of any other telecom billing, mediation or pricing system or process will be added advantage.
Good communication skills in English - Written & Verbal
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve application issues via work-around.
Participate in root cause analysis and resolution as directed.
Establish working relationships with business and application development project team members
Essential Qualifications Bachelors / Masters degree in Computers
