Talking to TOI, one of the officials confirmed the raid and said that Sahu had provided fraudulent information in his tax claim. He said the raids were conducted at both the residential and office premises in Tilda, Raipur and several incriminating documents had been recovered. The raid was continuing till the filing of the report.

Dr Sanket Thakur, Convenor, Aam Admi Party, Chhattisgarh, said that he had no information about the raid. He said Sahu does not hold any position in AAP but is a member.
