Brief Profile (Accountabilities and Responsibilities)
Ensuring the working of TOC application
Coordination with circle Team for any data point/ update
Maintain database with 100% accuracy by continuously reconciliation and feedback from internal customers and audit
Maintaining Base Configuration (BC) & provisioning database to 100% accuracy by incorporating changes & migration details
Performance analysis of O&M function through online and offline reporting
Educational Qualifications, Experience and Skill Sets Required (Mandatory/ Preferred) Qualification:
Professional Graduate or Masters degree i.e. BE/B Tech, BCA, MCA, GNIIT
Experience:

Skill / Competencies:
Basics of Project Management.
Good leadership skills
Good communication skills to interact with international vendors and stakeholders
preferred 1. Knowledge of changing networking, transmission and DB technologies. Active i.e. BSS/OSS part.
2. Knowledge of basic transmission, networking, Fault Management & TT Management
3. Hands on Excel
4. Knowledge on Macro/VB
