This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fraud Product and Strategy Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The position will create strategies and implement improvements to the current risk processes and products as well as supporting research and resolving complex issues to improve the customer experience and company financials.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage and define requirements, stories, mockups, story boards etc. for the Fraud systems
- Evaluate and prepare strategy and recommendations on current fraud products and processes
- Define and manage fraud KPIs, Metrics and provide regular reports on the fraud system and vendor performance
- Be tasked with "thinking out of the box" and creating clear recommendations on specific projects
- Interact with various WU groups around the globe and become the SME for specific areas
Qualifications,Skills and Experience
- The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications with at least 6 years relevant experience
- Experience in online fraud mitigation and payments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in vendor process management preferred
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks independently
- Experience in product management and agile methodology
- Individual initiative and experience working with teams to solve problems
- Ability to grasp new ideas and integrate quickly to deliver results
- Experience in data analysis, SQL and HQL queries or similar
