We are currently hiring Team Cross-functional Process Specialist with 10-14 years experience.
Education:
Either MBA or Post Graduate / Graduate in any engineering discipline
PMP or advanced Quality certifications preferred
Experience :
10 to 14 years of experience in various aspects of cross-functional process definitions, improvement initiatives, and integrations in IT Industries (preferably in Products scenario)
Should have handled Team Leader responsibilities in the areas of end-customer-experience improvement programs and business-enabling process improvements in Tier-1 IT Companies, or should be heading the entire business-enabling processes QA function in a Tier-2 IT company
Should have delivered demonstrable business impacts through end-customer and organizational business impacts, by way of driving cross-functional improvement initiatives
Should have handled cross-functional transformation programs amidst complexity of environment, with demonstrable success in driving traction among senior management
Skills : (Technical Skill / Non Technical Skills)
Technical Skill:
MBNQA / Business Excellence frameworks (desirable, preferred)
Cross-functional process integrations in an IT organization
Program management
Deep understanding of business processes in IT Products organization
Techniques to ensure end-customer delight and grow account management function

Responsibility: Cross-functional process specialist
This role reports to Global Head of Quality and Business Performance. Independently lead organization-wide improvement initiatives to improve external customer delight, internal business metrics, and overall organization performance excellence.
Develop, maintain, improve QMS for cross-functional integrations
Define, implement, improve, scale up business-enabling QA processes in all aspects of the organization, except delivery processes
Break silos across different functions of the organization, drive collaboration and cross-functional integrations between different groups
Develop / strengthen checks and balances to help meet and exceed contractual commitments to customers
Develop / strengthen end-customer satisfaction improvement programs
Develop and drive relevant independent audit programs
Proactive risk identification and mitigations for all business-enabling processes, except delivery processes
Root cause analysis and corrective / preventive actions
