To Lead Governance for IT and responsible for operation management of IT Strategic Outsourcing partner governance model, includes: Effective contract formulation and ensure partner adherence to contract terms Design effective SLA/ SIP structure for partner governance Annual IT project planning, financial management and analysis, continuous process improvement, SLA management.
Specific Responsibilities:
1) To Strategize and implement valuation methodology to improve cost efficiencies. Provide guidance in IT out sourcing and ensure efficiencies post Outsourcing.
2) Lead IT Governance function, including Partner Management, contract Management, Financial management, Process & SLA management
3) Formulation , deployment and operation management of tiered partner governance strategy for IT and Own entire contract management for all strategic partners new and existing
4) Annual IT project planning and deployment as well as monitoring / tracking and reporting overall performance. Advising / implementing corrective actions. Lead PMO for all IT projects for business and partners
5) Manage IT budget, improve or maintain drivers of the commercial construct as per IT Outsourcing contract. Conceptualize, implement valuation strategy to improve CAPEX valuation as per Accounting guidelines
6) Design, develop and enforce standard IT process frameworks like CMM, ITIL, Lean, and Six Sigma (as applicable and decided by organization from time to time). Drive process adherence, monitor maturity level of the IT processes through audits and provide direction for continuous process.
Qualifications & Experience:
BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/ MBA
At least 10 - 15 Years of experience
Experience in program management and processes with experience in contract management in outsourced or large partner engagements
Ability to translate IT requirements into business requirements.
Strong financial understanding of P&L, Balance sheets and other accounts.
Strong and demonstrated partner relationship management skills.
Strong People Manager
